BRILLIANT COFFEE MORNING

COFFEE MORNING - 13TH FEBRUARY

Saturday 13th February saw our first get together as Swansea Festival of Stitch. We had an amazing turnout for the morning and because of all the effort people put in it was a great success. Many thanks especially to those who manned the stalls and the kitchen, these ran so well and efficiently. Visitors were able to enjoy a variety of sales tables and could buy items that they may well not have been able to get anywhere else.

There were many complimentary comments on the attention to detail in our fine china, tablecloths, cakes and flowers and the warm welcoming atmosphere was key to the happiness of the day. Many, many thanks to all volunteers and visitors and I'm sure the total funds raised - £1400 reflects the generosity and support this event is generating. Our best wishes and thanks to you all.
